This family-owned business provides the finest quality produce, sourced locally whenever possible. Most of our beef, pork, and lamb comes from farms in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. Additional livestock is sourced from neighbouring areas such as Staffordshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Rutland.

Roy the Egg Man: Our eggs come from Roy’s local farm, ensuring farm-fresh quality in every bite.

Luke Evans Bakery: We source our bread from Luke Evans Bakery, a local establishment known for its artisanal baking.
